Objective: The Demand Generation Specialist supports developing demand generation and lead operations for industry-leading Leads Marketplace. Role will help increase effectiveness and help drive revenue in accordance with the approved strategy and operational processes as dictated by the department leadership and executive team.

Essential Functions:

• Support demand generation programs to increase awareness, consideration, and utilization of leads across B2B and B2B2C audiences.
• Support lead operations with improving data accuracy, administering order approvals, and executing existing operational reporting.
• Coordinate new lead demand generation campaigns and programs to increase awareness and utilization of leads marketplace – leveraging various communication channels (Social, email, text, etc)
• Collaborate with marketing and distribution teammates to plan and execute engagement programs to help acquire new users and retain existing users.
• Work with leadership to develop new reports and new tools to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the leads marketplace.
• Problem solve for and provide assistance to agents with lead complications.
• Responsible for business-as-usual upkeep of leads marketplace resources and assets for proprietary products and platforms.
• Liaison and resource for performance marketing with other teams – support, marketing, distribution, agent success, and training.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position with remote working availability. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m ET.

Required Education, Experience, and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• –or- Combination of experience and education
• 2 years of marketing or project management experience
• 2 years of experience with reporting and operational platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong problem solving skills and analytical ability
• Team player
• Fast learner of technology platforms

Work Environment
